If needed, I will have a professional stager come out to your home to assists us in staging your home so that it sells as quickly as possible and for the highest price possible.
Recommend Professional Service Providers
I will offer recommendations for reliable professional service providers for any needed repairs, touch up painting or cosmetic enhancements.
Professionally Photograph Your Home
I will have a professional photographer take pictures of your home from the most flattering views to enhance marketing materials and your internet presence.
Marketing Activity Updates/Internet Marketing
I will keep you informed of activities and materials being used to market your home. Marketing materials may include: Just Listed Postcards, print advertising and marketing to other agents. I will also advertise your home on the internet through the Greenville MLS, Realtor.com, Trulia, Zillow and many other internet sites.
Schedule Showings and Provide Buyer Agent Feedback
Your home showings will be scheduled through The Appointment Center. Each buyer’s agent will be emailed and/or called for feedback after your house is shown. I will provide you with the buyer agent’s observations regarding your property during your weekly update call.
Be Available for You
I will be available to discuss any questions you may have. I will call you every week to update you on the activity on your home. If I am out of town, I will arrange for one of my colleagues to assist you in my absence.
Monitor the Market
I will carefully monitor the market for homes similar to yours to ensure that your home remains competitively positioned.
I will request that buyers who view your home are prequalified by a mortgage lender. We will require that all offers to buy your home include a prequalification letter from a mortgage lender or a proof of funds letter from a bank.
Negotiate For You
I will apply my negotiating skills and market knowledge to negotiate the best possible price and terms for you.
I will track all details of your transaction to ensure that your closing is as smooth as possible. I will attend the closing with you or on your behalf if you prefer not to attend.
